Physical therapy (PT) is treatment designed to help you move, feel and live better at all stages of life. Your physical therapist will perform an initial evaluation (including review of medical history, obtain a subjective history of your condition, test strength and range of motion, perform special orthopedic tests, determine functional deficits and assess posture). We will then discuss your individualized plan of care and set goals for treatment. Treatment may include exercise, various manual therapy techniques, neuromuscular re-education, and trigger point dry needling.
