    Myofascial Release

    Myofascial release addresses the underlying problems leading to soreness and stiffness, movement restrictions, aches and pains. By releasing the tissue proper movement and body alignment can occur, helping avoid pinched nerves and future breakdown.

    CBD Massage

    Full Body Stretch 

    Unlock your flexibility with a 30- or 60-minute assisted stretch to increase your range of motion. Stretches are performed on a massage bench while your therapist communicates with you to gauge your level of comfort throughout your session. Wearing loose clothing such as gym shorts or leggings will allow you to move more freely and comfortably in your session.

    TMJ  Release (Temporomandibular Joint Disorder)

    TMJ massage can help ease chewing difficulties or discomfort, clicking, popping or grating sounds when opening or closing the mouth, dull, aching pain in the face, earache, headache, migraines, jaw pain or tenderness of the jaw.
